Our client company is a California based pharmaceutical company which is a recognized leader in novel therapeutic (RNA biology) development. They have engaged our services to identify and experienced toxicologic pathologist.
Baseline experience and credentials include ACVP Board certification and DVM and PhD degrees. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of toxicologic pathology experience, ideally in a drug development setting. Experience in digital pathology tools is desired.
The person hired for this role will act as an Anatomic Pathologist, supporting IND enabling toxicology studies across multiple species. He/She will, more broadly, contribute to preclinical strategy toward advancement of the company’s drug portfolio. The position will be onsite in the greater San Diego area and reports to a Senior Director of Pathology.
