Our client is a large and global consumer products company which has a robust external safety assessment testing program. This work is driven by both global regulatory requirements and internal toxicology/risk assessment standards.

The person they seek (Doctoral degree, 10+ years of experience and a preference for DABT certification) will supervise a group of six scientists who plan, oversee and interpret data from academic and CRO collaborations. This includes GLP testing, as required by regulatory agencies, and novel test methods which meet the company’s reduced animal use commitment.

A scientist and leader who can expand and develop best practices in safety and risk assessment data acquisition and interpretation is needed. The person hired will report to the company’s Director of Safety Assessment and Product Integrity. The role is fully supported on a remote basis for an individual in the United States.
