A global leader in the petrochemicals and energy business has enlisted The Leyden Group to assist in the identification of an experienced environmental toxicologist.

The position, reporting to the company’s Biodiversity and Land Management Director, requires a graduate degree in Environmental Toxicology and at least three years of ecological risk assessment and applied ecotox experience. Additional experience in environmental chemistry/fate and exposure sciences is desired.

The person hired for this opportunity will be part of an internal, expert consultant group which advises on environmental compliance, potential liabilities and best practices for environmental protection. This person will act as the subject matter expert on ecological risk assessment, chemical fate and effects, emergency response and other matters in the ecotoxicology realm.

The position will be assigned to either an office in California or Texas. An excellent career path and compensation package will be offered.
